How to connect the wiring of the GAMER W series coolers with ADD-RGB Fans.

There are two main ways to connect the wiring of the GAMER W series coolers with ADD-RGB lighting: using the included inline ADD-RGB controller, or to a compatible 5v 3pin ADD-RGB header on the motherboard. The included parts, and number of fans, may vary depending on the exact model purchased, but the wiring is basically the same. Please refer to the diagram below.

The top section displays how to wire the power connectors from each fan.

• Plug the PWM connectors from each of the fans into the included fan hub (14) (or splitter cable, depending on model).

• Plug the hub into the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard. Please note that one of the PWM fans will need to be plugged into the "Fan 1" port in order for PWM to function properly.

• The 3pin fan connector from the pump can be plugged into any other fan header that is available (CPU_OPT, AIO, PUMP, SYS_FAN, CHAS_FAN).

The lower part of the diagram covers the wiring of the ADD-RGB lighting.

• Plug the ADD-RGB connectors from each of the fans, and the pump, into the included ADD-RGB hub (11).

• At this point, you would have a couple of options, depending on how you intend to control the ADD-RGB of this cooler. If your motherboard has a compatible 5v ADD-RGB header, you can use the sync cables (12 for most applications, 13 for older Gigabyte ADD-RGB) to wire the lighting to your motherboard and control it with the motherboard lighting software.

• If you don't have a compatible ADD-RGB header, you would wire the lighting to the included inline ADD-RGB controller (9), and connect the controller to an available SATA connector from the PSU.
